Coaching Policy

Rescheduling, cancellations, delays, and course expiration.

1:1 Lessons

Rescheduling

  • At least 24h before the call.
  • In the course of the same week (except for weekend calls).
  • Coach can refuse (in which case see Cancellation).

Cancellation

  • At least 24h before the call.
  • If after term (24h), the call will be considered as done and deducted from the total.

Delay

  • Coach notified in advance: max wait is 30' (60') or 15' (30').
  • Coach not notified: max wait is 15' (60') or 7' (30').

Expiration

  • Coach (or referent) will inform the student of the max number of weeks to complete the course.
  • Max delay factor is 1.7 (e.g. 10 calls = max 17 weeks from the first session).
  • The expired course is considered done and is non-refundable.

Group Lessons

  • Not applicable if at least one student wishes to participate.
  • At least 24h before the call.
  • In the course of the same week.
  • Coach can refuse (in which case see Cancellation).

Cancellation

  • Not applicable if at least one student wishes to participate.
  • At least 24h before the call.
  • After that, the call is considered done and deducted from the total.

Delay

  • No online participants and coach notified: max 30' (60') or 15' (30').
  • No online participants and coach not notified: max 15' (60') or 7' (30').
  • At least one participant online: the call proceeds normally.

Expiration

  • Coach (or referent) will inform students of the max duration for course completion.
  • Max delay factor: 1.7 (e.g. 10 calls = max 17 weeks).
  • The expired course is considered done and non-refundable.
